OUR STORY
Christine Schneider spent the first half of her career in New Orleans, a city that teaches you to read a room, to hear what goes unsaid, and never to rush what matters. She carried that sensibility west to Santa Cruz County, and twenty-five years on, she still negotiates every contract herself.
Her son Daniel grew up inside that work and now shapes how every home is seen, photographing, filming, and designing each listing himself. He does all of it in-house, and it looks like no one else's.
