Talia Chopra is a licensed Realtor® and works alongside Christine Schneider, Broker to make sure that our clients are well cared for and informed. Whether she’s helping you schedule a showing for a house that you love, making sure that your property is marketed on every major real estate website and social media channel in the country, or exploring a new way to use technology to better serve you, she is always working hard to make sure you are receiving exceptional service. When she’s not helping clients close deals, she loves walking by the ocean, in the redwoods, or just about anywhere with some greenery.
With many years of experience in varied real estate positions, Mary knows
what to do in order to create a smooth transaction for Realtors and their clients. She began her career in real estate as an Office Administrator, and was later promoted to the Commissions Desk. From there, it was an easy, natural transition to Transaction Coordinating. Her experience with all aspects of office operations, through all the various processes-from creating a transaction file to close of escrow-has led Mary to become a thorough and organized Transaction Coordinator that provides the highest level of support to the real estate agents she works with.
Lauren is an administrative assistant with over 10 years of experience. With a background ranging from law to real estate, she has an expansive knowledgebase to draw from. Lauren has a Masters Degree in decision analytics, owns and operates a nonprofit for Lyme disease and has coordinated national events for fundraising. Her in-depth knowledge of social media management and business administration makes her an invaluable asset to the Schneider Estates team.
Daniel is the web designer and marketing strategist on the team. With his own website and branding firm, Daniel provides cutting-edge web and print design and marketing strategies to the firm. He creates custom web marketing for every listing in addition to ensuring that our web presence is up to date and effective. He keeps us in front of our buying market, giving them what then need to make informed decisions.
